DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ARI SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for AFRICAN RAINBOW
MINERALS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (ARI) and that as a result of the dividend
declaration relating to AFRICAN RAINBOW MINERALS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (ARI)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
450 cents per ARINID share instalment that is payable on Monday, 26 September
2011. The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 16 September 2011. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 19 September 2011, the
record date will be Friday, 23 September 2011.
