WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Datacentrix shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the further cautionary
announcement published on the JSE Limited`s Securities Exchange News Service on
1 August 2011 and in the South African press on 2 August 2011.
Shareholders are hereby advised that discussions with third parties regarding
the BEE transaction have been terminated, as a result of which , caution is no
longer required to be exercised when dealing in the Company`s securities.
The Company is continuing with the process of structuring suitable alternatives
to achieve the desired empowerment credentials, and Shareholders will be advised
of the progress in due course.
