FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT- SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 25 August
2011, wherein the Company declared a special dividend of 30 cents per share,
subject to approval by the Exchange Control Department of the South African
Reserve Bank.
Shareholders are hereby advised that this approval has now been obtained.
Accordingly, the salient dates of the special dividend remain unchanged as
follows:
Last day to trade "cum" the ordinary share Friday, 21 October 2011
