Changes to the Board
CMH announces the retirement of Mr MH Shelembe as an independent, non-
executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Shelembe will be replaced by Ms Dineo Bokaba. Ms Bokaba will serve as
an independent, non-executive director of the Company with immediate
effect.
Ms Bokaba is a CA(SA) and has previously worked at Grant Thornton, IDC
and Eskom Holdings Limited. She is currently the financial director of
the Thebe Group.
