FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the announcements released between 4
May 2011 and 1 August 2011 in relation to the proposed acquisition of a
portfolio of properties from various entities within the Zenprop
Property Holdings Limited group.
Parties are still negotiating the final terms of the individual
agreements. Further details of the proposed acquisitions including the
pro forma financial effects will be published once final terms have been
agreed.
Linked unitholders are advised to continue to exercise caution until an
announcement detailing the financial effects is released.
