In compliance with paragraph 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of
2008) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised that TCS has received formal notification in the
prescribed form that CoroCapital (Proprietary) Limited ("CoroCapital"), has
disposed of a portion of its beneficial interest in securities in the company,
such that the total beneficial interest held by CoroCapital is now 2.24% of the
total issued securities of TCS.
