CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, the board of directors is pleased to announce that Mr
Richard McElligott has been appointed as independent non-executive
director to the William Tell board with effect from 14 September 2011.
Richard obtained his B.Com degree and Post Grad Diploma in Accountancy in
1983 from the University of Natal and qualified as a chartered
accountant, South Africa, in 1984. He is currently the Chief Executive
Officer of Rale Corporate Solutions, a corporate finance advisory
business and a non-executive director of Somta Tools (Pty) Limited. He
has previously served as an executive and non-executive director of a
number of private and JSE listed companies including CEO of Trematon
Capital Investments Limited, then a JSE listed private equity investment
company.
