the semi-annual interest payment to Rand Note Holders.
Last date to trade cum interest: Friday, 16 September 2011
Ex-interest Date: Monday, 19 September 2011
Record date Friday, 23 September 2011
Interest Payment Date: Friday, 30 September 2011
The rate of interest stipulated in the Rand Notes Indenture, being R55,00 per
Rand Note (ZAR1000), is calculated using the nominal rate method of calculation
and will not be calculated using the effective rate method of calculation or any
other basis that gives effect to the principle of deemed re-investment of
interest.
