Shareholders are advised that Ismail Kajee has been appointed as a
non-executive director on the board of Andulela with effect from 1 October
2011.
Ismail Kajee has been general manager of Pro Roof Steel Merchants Cape Town
(Pty) Limited for the past 7 years and sits on the Pro Roof Executive Committee.
Pro Roof is a leading supplier of mild steel in the Western Cape. His previous
experience was as managing director of a textile company.
