CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE APN SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for ASPEN
PHARMACARE HOLDINGS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES and that as a result of the
CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION declaration relating to ASPEN PHARMACARE
HOLDINGS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (APNNIE) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a CAPITAL REDUCTION amount of 105 cents
per APNNIE share instalment that is payable on Monday, 17 October 2011.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 07 October 2011.
The share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from
Monday, 10 October 2011 and the record date will be Friday, 14 October
2011.
