DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SOL SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SASOL LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SASOL
LIMITED (SOL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 990 cents per SOLNIH share instalment that is payable
on Monday, 17 October 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 07 October 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 10 October 2011
and the record date will be Friday, 14 October 2011.
