RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 3 March 2011, and the
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which was
incorporated in the announcement dated 5 August 2011 ("Terms
Announcement"), shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in
progress which, if successfully concluded may have a material effect on
the price of the Company`s securities.
Furthermore, as the pro forma financial effects pertaining to the
proposed Transactions as referred to in the Terms Announcement are still
in the process of being finalised, shareholders are advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in the Company`s securities, until a
further announcement is made.
