25 July 2011 and 3 August 2011 relating to the possible sale of all
shares and claims in Boschendal (Pty) Limited ("Boschendal") by IFA
Boschendal Investments (Pty) Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary of IFA and
a 37.33% shareholder in Boschendal, and are hereby advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s securities, until a
further announcement is made.
