RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the circular posted on the 15 August 2011.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting held
today in respect of Cashbuild`s proposed implementation of a performance
based Black Economic Empowerment transaction, all the resolutions were
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders present or represented by
proxy thereat.
