Further Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements, dated 22 June
2011, 23 June 2011 and 05 August 2011, whereby shareholders were informed
that Ideco was in negotiations with the management of Ideco Biometric
Security Solutions (Proprietary) Limited ("IBSS") with regard to the sale
of IBSS ("the Proposed Transaction").
Shareholders are advised that Ideco is currently in the process of
finalising certain aspects of the Proposed Transaction and therefore
shareholders should continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a full detailed terms announcement is
released.
