CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Ms. Nona Sonjani ("Nona") is appointed as a non
executive director and chairperson of the audit committee with immediate effect.
Nona is a chartered accountant and holds a B.Comm (Accounting) degree from the
University of the Transkei and a CTA from the University of Natal.
After completing her articles at Transnet she gained experience in financial
management and reporting at the South African Airways ("SAA") and the Airports
Company of South Africa ("ACSA"). The Board welcomes Nona and looks forward to a
long and valued working relationship.
