NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s annual financial statements
for the year ended 30 June 2011 were posted to shareholders today and
contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on
Sens on 7 September 2011. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., who have performed
the audit of AFGRI in accordance with the International Standards on
Auditing, have provided their unqualified audit report, which is
available for inspection at the registered office of the Company.
Notice is hereby given that the sixteenth AGM of shareholders of the
Company will be held at the AFGRI Building, 12 Byls Bridge Boulevard,
Highveld Ext 73, Centurion on Friday, 21 October 2011 at 10:00.
