of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that FirstRand
Bank Limited (trading as Rand Merchant Bank)("FirstRand") has notified Brimstone
that it has disposed of a beneficial interest in ordinary shares of the company,
such that the total beneficial interest of Brimstone ordinary shares held by
FirstRand is now 0.01% of the total issued Brimstone ordinary shares (BRT).
