NOTICE OF POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND CONVENING OF A GENERAL MEETING
Further to the announcement published on the Securities Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited on 5 September 2011 and in the press on 6
September 2011, linked unit holders are advised that a circular,
incorporating a notice of a general meeting to be held on Tuesday, 18
October 2011 at 10:00 at 4th Floor Boardroom, Investec Bank Limited, 100
Grayston Drive, Sandown, Sandton, 2196 was posted today.
The notice of general meeting contains the resolutions relating to the
proposed acquisition of two properties by the Fund from a related party
and the approval of directors remuneration.
Further details, including the pertinent salient dates and times, are
contained in the circular.
