DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON REMGRO LIMITED HOT ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("REMIHG")
The Directors of Remgro Limited have declared a final dividend of 213
cents payable on Monday, 21 November 2011 to ordinary holders recorded in
the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 18 November
2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
REMIHG will receive a Remgro Limited final dividend of 213 cents per
security on, Monday, 21 November 2011 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the interest dividend) in order to
participate in the final cash dividend will be Friday, 11 November 2011.
REMIHG Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
interest dividend from the commencement of business on Monday, 14
November 2011, and the record date will be Friday, 18 November 2011.
