CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Eqstra is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Mageza as an
independent non-executive director of the board, with effect from 1 October
2011.
Mr Mageza is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
(ACCA) UK and was until June 2009 executive director and group chief
operations officer of ABSA Group Limited.
The board is looking forward to his contribution.
