CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised of the following change to the board of
directors of Sallies:
- Mr. Reitumetse Benedict Phiri has been appointed a non-
executive director of Sallies as of 20 September 2011.
Reitumetse Benedict Phiri holds BA and LLB degrees from the University of
Cape Town and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
He is currently employed by Canadian headquartered international law firm
Fasken Martineau having previously been employed by New York
headquartered international law firm, Dewey & LeBoeuf. He is currently a
director of the South Africa Washington Internship Programme, a non-
profit organisation which aims to prepare, inspire and support a new
generation of leaders in South Africa to, amongst other things,
successfully address transformation challenges in South Africa`s post-
conflict society in order to strengthen a sustainable and efficient
democracy with active citizens.
