CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Hardware hereby notifies its
shareholders that Esther Lynn Mason has been appointed as an independent
non-executive director and chairperson of the audit committee of the
company with immediate effect.
Esther qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009. She is currently the
finance and administration manager at Afesis-corplan and serves on the
board of Rural Support Services as a non-executive director and a director
of Corplan Development Services. Esther is a member of the audit committee
at Fort Hare University.
