The Company advises that its annual report, incorporating the audited
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2011, is available on the
Company`s website, www.resgen.com.au from today 22 September 2011 and
contains no changes to the audited provisional results which were
announced on SENS on 24 August 2011. Shareholders are referred to the
written pages at the front of the annual report regarding the operations.
Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be
held at 10.00 am (Sydney time) on Monday 24 October 2011 at Radisson Blu
Plaza Hotel, 27 O`Connell Street, Sydney NSW, to transact business as
stated in the notice of annual general meeting of shareholders. The
notice is available on the Company`s website, www.resgen.com.au and also
on the ASX website www.asx.com.au.
