Subject: DMTN increase
Eskom Holdings SOC Limited -DMTN
We hereby notify you that the aggregate Nominal Amount of the
ZAR65,000,000,000 Domestic Multi Term Note Programme, dated 4 February
2010, shall be increased from ZAR65,000,000,000 to ZAR100,000,000,000,
from 26 September 2011 whereupon all references to the current Nominal
Amount of the Programme in the Programme Memorandum and any other
relevant documents will be deemed amended accordingly.
