RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of RAC ordinary shareholders was held on Thursday, 22
September 2011. The ordinary and special resolutions as set out in the notice of
annual general meeting to shareholders dated 19 August 2011, except for ordinary
resolution 9 which was withdrawn, were approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
The special resolution will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission in due course.
