APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 31 August 2011 wherein
shareholders were advised that Mr Riaan Verster had resigned as company
secretary of Bell with effect from 30 September 2011, it is confirmed that Mrs D
McIlrath, will assume the role of interim company secretary from 1 October 2011
until a permanent appointment is made. Mrs McIlrath is a partner at the law firm
Shepstone & Wylie.
