CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, APPOINTMENT OF A LEAD INDEPENDENT
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders of the Company are advised that at the board meeting held today,
Mr. Leon Campher resigned as independent non-executive director and Chairman of
AMAP effective 22 September 2011. We thank Leon for his leadership, contribution
and advice over the years and wish him well with his future plans.
Mr. David Cleasby has been appointed the non-executive Chairman of AMAP and Mr
Colin Scott has been appointed lead independent non-executive director of AMAP,
effective from 22 September 2011.
Furthermore, Bruce Drummond, the Chief Financial Officer and company secretary
will resign from the position of company secretary of AMAP effective 7 November
2011.
Marion Kearns, CA (SA) who joined the company in March 2011 as group accountant
has been appointed as company secretary of AMAP with effect from the annual
general meeting to be held on 7 November 2011.
