WITHDRAWAL OF ANNOUNCEMENT
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section
122(1) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and further to the
announcement released on SENS on 20 September 2011 giving notice of a
change in beneficial interest by FirstRand Bank Limited ("FirstRand"),
shareholders are informed that the company had been provided with the
incorrect information in the aforementioned announcement due to a system
error at FirstRand, and the announcement has therefore been withdrawn.
The beneficial interest in ordinary shares of the company currently held
by FirstRand is 11.35% of the total issued Brimstone ordinary shares.
