DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the previous announcement detailing a possible quarterly
distribution by Bips Inflation-X to holders of Bips Inflation-X
Securities, the manager and trustees (namely Bips Investment Managers
(Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited) have resolved to make a quarterly
distribution to holders of Bips Inflation-X securities for the quarter
ended 30 September 2011. The distribution will:
* amount to 14.33 cents (R0.1433) per Bips Inflation-X security;
* be constituted 14.33 cents (R0.1433) in respect of interest;
* be made to all holders of Bips Inflation-X securities recorded
in the register on 30 September 2011; and
* be effected on 03 October 2011
The distribution is calculated after taking into account accrued expenses
incurred by the fund for the previous quarter and thus represents a
distribution net of fund expenses.
