RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Board of Directors hereby announces the resignation of Ms. Nirvana Govender
as financial director of the Company with effect from 30 November 2011.
Ms. Govender has decided to pursue a career in corporate advisory. The Board
would like to thank Nirvana for her valued contributions to the Company over the
past several years and wish her well in her future endeavours.
The Company will commence the recruitment process with suitable candidates for
the position of Financial Director and will advise shareholders once a new
appointment has been made.
