Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the Company
for the year ended 31 March 2011 will be posted to shareholders, on 26
September 2011 and contain no modifications to the reviewed results which
were released on SENS on 29 June 2011.
The annual financial statements were audited by Mazars. Their unqualified
report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Amecor shareholders
will be held at 29 Scott Street, Waverley, Johannesburg on Tuesday, 18
October 2011 at 9h30 to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
