NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF CASH DIVIDEND FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER ENDING 30
SEPTEMBER 2011
Notice is hereby given that a quarterly cash dividend of 4 cents per
share ("the dividend") has been declared payable to shareholders recorded
in the share register of the Company at the close of business on Friday,
21 October 2011.
Shareholders` attention is drawn to the following important dates:
2011
Last day to trade "cum" the cash Friday, 14 October
dividend ("LDT"):
Date trading commences "ex" the cash Monday, 17 October
dividend:
Record date for payment of the cash Friday, 21 October
dividend:
Date of payment of the cash dividend: Monday, 24 October
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 17 October 2011 and Friday, 21 October 2011 both dates inclusive.
Any changes in the above dates will be announced on SENS.
