Dividend Declaration
Following BSI`s maiden dividend declared in 2010, and after careful
assessment of both relevant macroeconomic and other prudential factors, the
board is pleased to announce a cash dividend for the year ended 31 March
2011 of 2 cents per share (2010: 2 cents per share)("ordinary dividend").
The salient dates relating to the ordinary dividend are as follows:
Last day to trade cum the ordinary dividend Friday, 14 October 2011
Ordinary shares commence trading ex the Monday, 17 October 2011
