NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that following the announcements on Sens on 4
August 2011 and 30 August 2011, the Company has posted a circular to
shareholder today, relating to the disposal of 60% interest in the
issued share capital of Cadiz Securities (Proprietary) Limited and
Cadiz Stock Broking (Proprietary) Limited to BNP Paribas SA.
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the ordinary and A
ordinary shareholders of Cadiz recorded in the register on Friday, 21
October 2011 will be held at the Company`s office, Ground Floor,
Fernwood House, The Oval, 1 Oakdale Road, Newlands, Cape Town at 15:00
on Wednesday, 26 October 2011 to transact business as stated in the
notice of the general meeting.
