RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The board of Skinwell advises that at the Annual General Meeting of the
company held today, 28 September 2011, all the resolutions as set out
in the Notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the company`s 2011
Annual Report were duly approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
The special resolution granting a general authority to the directors to
repurchase the company`s shares will be lodged with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) for registration.
