Update to the Notice of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 23
September 2011 ("the announcement") which, inter alia, detailed
Putprop`s Annual General Meeting to be held at 11:00 on Wednesday, 9
November 2011 at the registered office of the Company, 91 Protea Road,
Chislehurston, Sandton.
Shareholders are advised that the record date for the purposes of
determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to
participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting ("record date")
was set out as Wednesday, 9 November 2011. Shareholders are advised
that the correct record date is Friday, 28 October 2011 and accordingly
the last day to trade to be entitled to vote will be Friday, 21 October
2011.
