APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Omnia is pleased to announce, in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the
JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the appointment of Mr Ronald Clifford
Bowen as an independent non-executive director to the board of the
Company with immediate effect.
Mr Bowen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of East
Anglia, Norwich, England. He has extensive experience in the chemicals
industry, with particular experience in the international water
treatment business. He has worked for Sud-Chemie AG Group, Munich,
Germany for almost 30 years and was managing businesses and companies on
all five continents.
