shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Shoprite`s results for the year ended 30 June 2011, published on 23
August 2011, the annual report was posted on Thursday, 29 September 2011.
The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published
year-
end results.
Annual General Meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Shoprite will be held at 09:15 on
Monday, 31 October 2011 at the company`s head office, Corner William Dabs and
Old Paarl Roads, Brackenfell, South Africa, to transact the business as stated
in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
