With regard to the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2011,
participatory interest holders are advised that the annual financial
statements are available on the Fund`s website www.emira.co.za and will
be distributed to participatory interest holders today and contain no
material modifications to the reviewed results which were published on
SENS on 16 August 2011.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the eighth annual general meeting of
participatory interest holders will be held at 14h00 on Tuesday 15
November 2011 at 3 Gwen Lane, Sandton, to transact the business as
stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual
financial statements.
