Further to the cautionary announcement dated 14 March 2011 and the renewal of

relating to the Company`s investment in Avusa Limited ("Avusa"), Mvela Group
shareholders are advised that as negotiations between Avusa and the Capitau
Consortium have been terminated caution is no longer required to be exercised
by shareholders when dealing the Company`s securities..
