1 Posting of annual report
Pursuant to paragraph 3.21 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Company hereby informs shareholders that the annual report containing,
inter alia, the audited consolidated annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2011 and the notice of AGM ("Annual Report") was
distributed to shareholders on 30 September 2011.
2 No change statement
Shareholders are advised that the consolidated audited results as contained
in the Annual Report are unchanged from the reviewed preliminary results
that were published on SENS on Monday, 29 August 2011.
3 Notice of AGM
The AGM will be held at 11:00 on Friday, 25 November 2011. Details of the
proceedings and resolutions are contained in the aforementioned Annual
Report.
