The Board of Netcare wishes to announce the resignation of Dr Victor Letsoejane
Litlhakanyane ("Dr Litlhakanyane") as `Executive Director, Stakeholder
Relations` with effect from 31 December 2011. He will continue to actively serve
in his capacity as an executive director until 31 December 2011.
Dr Litlhakanyane was appointed to the Board on 1 December 2004 and the Board
wishes to express its gratitude and appreciation to Dr Litlhakanyane for his
contribution to Netcare during his tenure.
