RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of shareholders of Oceana
held today, the special resolutions pertaining to the following were approved:
* financial assistance by the Company in terms of Section 45 of the South
African Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 ("the Act"); and
* non-executive directors` remuneration in their capacity only as directors
in terms of Section 66 of the Act.
