DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC
ORDINARY SHARES (OML) and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to OLD MUTUAL PLC ORDINARY SHARES (OML))Trustees of the Share Instalment will
recieve an amount of 18.67 cents payable on Monday, 30 November 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 07 October 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 10 October 2011 and
the record date will be Friday, 14 October 2011.
