POSTPONEMENT OF RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
and further to the announcement on 17 August 2011, the board of directors
announces the postponement of the resignation of Mr Cliff Reed`s services as
Financial Director to the Company, from 1 November 2011 to 30 April 2012. This
continued appointment will allow the Company more time to identify a suitable
replacement as well as successful completion of the year end results for 28
February 2012.
