CHANGE TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY OF VILLAGE
Shareholders are advised that with effect from 1 October 2011, Shamrita Singh
has resigned as company secretary of Village. The position of company
secretary has been assumed by the current Chief Financial Officer of Village,
Marius Saaiman, until such time as a new company secretary is appointed.
The board of Village thanks Shamrita for her contribution and wishes her all
the best for the future.
