CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT BY FREEWORLD IN RELATION TO THE POSSIBLE DELISTING OF
FREEWORLD FROM THE JSE
The shareholders of Freeworld are advised that the board of directors of
Freeworld is considering the possibility of delisting Freeworld`s ordinary
shares ("Freeworld Shares") from the exchange operated by the JSE Limited ("the
JSE"). A delisting would, amongst other things, be subject to an offer being
made to Freeworld shareholders in terms of the relevant laws and JSE Listings
Requirements.
Shareholders are advised that an offer relating to the delisting, if pursued,
may have a material effect on the price of Freeworld Shares. Accordingly, the
shareholders of Freeworld are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
Freeworld Shares until a further announcement is made.
