RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited unit holders of the Fund are hereby advised that Mr Busisa Mhlanga
Jiya ("Mr Jiya") has resigned from the Board of Directors of Oasis Crescent
Property Fund Managers Limited, manager of the Fund. Mr Jiya`s resignation
will be with immediate effect. The Board wishes to thank Mr Jiya for his
contributions during his tenure as director and wish him well in his future
endeavours.
