The net attributable asset value ("NAAV") of the Foord Compass Limited
Variable Rate Debentures ("the debentures") is reported on by the company
on a quarterly basis. The NAAV as at 30 September 2011 amounted to 748.3
cents per debenture (30 June 2011: 747.6 cents on an ex-interest basis).
This represents an increase in the NAAV of 0.1% over the quarter on a
total return basis.
Debenture interest of 30.0 cents per debenture was paid to debenture
holders in August 2011 in respect of the final interest declaration for
the six months ended 30 June 2011 as announced on 19 July 2011.
The reported NAAV has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s
auditors.
